Import Pornhub Embedded Videos into WordPress via Pornhub API

Since Pornhub offers an API, an import file is not needed to import videos. If you would rather use the import file, see the instructions on how to do so here.

There are several options for importing videos using the Pornhub API.

Import Single Pornhub Video

1. From the WordPress Admin go to Tube Ace > Pornhub Import
2. Under ‘Import Single Video’ enter the Pornhub Video ID of the video you wish to import and click the ‘View’ button. The Video ID is found in video’s URL.
   For example: a video URL of http://www.pornhub.com/12345 the video ID would be 12345.
3. Now you can view the data fields for the video where you can edit to your preference. Import the video by clicking the ‘Add Video’ button.

Mass Import Pornhub Videos

1. From the WordPress Admin go to Tube Ace > Pornhub Import
2. Under ‘Import Videos by Keyword / Tag’ enter the Keyword and or Tag to retrieve relative videos. The Pornhub API returns 20 videos per page.
3. SET ALL Values will overwrite any values for videos about to be imported.
4. Click the ‘Import All’ button to begin importing.

Cron Importing

To import videos automatically on a preset frequency (hourly, twice hourly, daily), enter a Cron Name and desired Frequency and click the ‘Save as Cron’ button.

Set All Values

The “Set All” values on each import page will set all imported videos with the specified value. The available set all values are:

Status – Possible values: Publish, Pending, Draft, Future, Private

Author / Sponsor – Set the name of the author or sponsor name for which you can create a new separate WordPress user account.

Post Date – Set the date and time to assign to imported videos.

Category – If you wish to import videos to a specific category, create the category in WordPress Admin > Posts > Categories.

Description – This field can be a description of the video used in addition to the video title.

Tags – Specify the tags for the video. Multiple tags can be added by separating multiples with commas. example: milf, blonde, heels

Performers – Specify the names of the performers / porn stars for the video. Multiple tags can be added by separating multiples with commas. example: Riley Reid, Lisa Ann, James Deen

Sponsor Link Anchor Text – If you want to include an affiliate link or any link to a website, you can specify the linked text here. Display this link on the video page (single.php theme template file) with the following code:

Sponsor Link URL – If you want to include an affiliate link or any link to a website, you can specify the URL here. Display this link on the video page (single.php theme template file) with the following code:

Misc 1-5 – These fields can be used to display any text or HTML code such as banners or links. Display this field on the video page (single.php theme template file) with the following code:

<?php if(function_exists('tubeace_misc')) { tubeace_misc(1); } ?>

Note: change the parameter in the tubeace_misc() function to the particular field 1-5 you want to display.
